Issue:
Even PowerApps form showes up, its size is not the expected Lanscape orientation, but a squeezed window.
The workaround is create a new list from the existing list and try to use PowerApps form.
If the PowerApps form shows well in the new list, then create a Power Automate flow to copy the data from your issued list to the new list.
I tried creating new list from existing list twice.
In the first try, the PowerApps form showed up, but squeezed size.
In the second try, the PowerApps form finally showed well.
